Refund Policy

Shopfolio sells digital goods delivered instantly via email. Because files cannot be "returned" once downloaded, our default policy is that all sales are final. That said, we want every customer to feel they got fair value. Here is exactly when and how we issue refunds.

How to request a refund

We respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

Please contact us before filing a bank dispute

If something went wrong with your order, we want to make it right. Please email us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are expensive for small businesses and take weeks to resolve. A direct email to us gets you a faster resolution.
