These Terms govern your use of Shopfolio (the "Service"), operated by Stewart Family Enterprises LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Shopfolio," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a product or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Shopfolio sells digital downloadable templates and tools. Products are delivered as Excel (.xlsx), ZIP, or other digital file formats via an email link after successful purchase. You receive a signed download URL valid for 48 hours and may re-download up to 5 times during that window.
Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final. Exceptions are described in our Refund Policy.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the downloaded file(s) for your own personal or internal business purposes. One purchase covers one person. You may NOT:

Shopfolio products are provided "AS IS" for informational and analytical purposes only. They are tools, not investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or financial planning recommendations. Real estate investment and business decisions involve risk, including the risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. We make no guarantee of specific financial outcomes from using our products.
Stewart Family Enterprises LLC and its principals disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may update products from time to time (bug fixes, formula improvements, new features). Updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed. If an update is released, you may or may not receive it depending on the product and distribution method.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopfolio's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Shopfolio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
All content, designs, formulas, and code in Shopfolio products remain the intellectual property of Stewart Family Enterprises LLC. Your purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms, including revoking download access for accounts engaged in redistribution or license abuse.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
